He specialties include market analysis, franchise development, sales, restaurant facility designs and specifications, composing and publishing operating manuals (Operations, Marketing, Real Estate/Site Selection), Vendor Specifications and Selection, Financial Planning.

Additional projects he has been involved in include franchise program development encompassing the creation and preparation of uniform franchise offering circulars, franchise agreements, franchise sales aids (in various media), and conducting global franchise sales of new and existing unit re-sales and franchise sales and marketing training.
